I was Phil’s group leader for about six years and there wasn’t an employee more dedicated to his job than Phil. I came to rely on his years of experience and always enjoyed our conversations. He never failed to make insightful comments about he nature of our work which I appreciated! His family meant everything to him and I know he’ll be greatly missed.
